We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders with delivery within 5-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. International shipping is not available at this time.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (not damage during delivery), please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days, and if a manufacturing defect is verified, we'll provide a discount code worth 20-100% of the item's value for use on your next purchase. The discount percentage is based on the severity of the defect. Please note that damage occurring during delivery is not covered under this policy.
